 After having my listing sit for 60 days vacant and not moving, my client and I decided to try "Staging" the home. I had seen patricia's work on other agents listings and liked her choice of colour and furnishings. Patricia took care of all the details but was receptive to any comments or suggestions I had. one week later we sold the property for 97%asking price. It was a pleasure to work with Patricia and her company and I will most certainly do so again.
