Step One: The Basic Consultation
We do the analysis.
Following the approx. 2 hour consultation we will provide you with a Staging Spaces & Company Pocket Folder. This folder is filled with personalized recommendations to help get your home ready to put on the market. Up to 2 hour consult starts at $175.00 plus GST. Step Two: Detailed Showcasing
After we advise you on the improvements needed, we come back and finish the work.
We will hire painters and contractors to repair, paint and renew your home to secure the most equity possible.
Todays buyers want homes that are move in ready! If you are not prepared to pay for these improvements your house will not appeal to the best of it's abilities forcing a buyer to move on to a more desirable property or make a low offer.
Starting from $600 for a half day. This does not include cost of the contractor or painting services.
Step Three: Full Staging
We do it all, we move furniture, pack things away, arrange for storage and rental furniture when needed. By the time you return your home will be transformed into buyer- ready condition. It will outshine the competition and buyers first impression will be " BUY ME".
Starting from $1000.00 for a full day this includes first month's rental of decorative accessories. Example; artwork, bedding and lamps.
Price may vary depending on time and size of house.
